All calligraphy is provided unframed and sent in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube. After placing items into your shopping cart you can select your country and obtain a shipping quote before checking out. However, for your convenience we have also listed the shipping rates below.

In addition to these delivery times, please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete your order before dispatch.

Additional unframed items are posted at no extra charge.

We will email you confirmation when we have dispatched your order. After this, please wait at least the recommended delivery time above before contacting us regarding delivery status.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

Insurance is recommended for deliveries outside of Australia, especially for multiple items. To arrange, please contact us before purchasing. An additional fee of AUD$7.50 will apply. Unfortunately to some countries (such as Canada) insurance may not be available.

Express Post is also available within Australia by special request, please contact us before purchasing to check if you are with the Express Post network.
